2009:
Chip
will have two more books released by Hal Leonard
Publishing. Classical Themes is
another guitar ensemble book in Hal Leonard's Essential
Elements series and will contain fifteen arrangements of
well-known classical themes arranged for 3-4
guitars. Chip also co-wrote Jazz
Guitar Chord Melody Series: Bossa Novas with
Gabriel Davila. This book is a
collection of 27 bossa nova favorites arranged for the
intermediate guitarist. Both books are going to be
premiered at the summer NAMM show. More
information about these books will be posted when it
becomes available.
January
2009:
Hal Leonard Publishing announced the release of Jazz
Ballads for jazz guitar ensemble. This
book is part of Hal Leonard's Essential Elements series and
features fifteen arrangements for 3-4 guitars by Chip.
